The entries section 5 DDG requires for this service. Two of the fields that provision lists do not apply here: the trade needs no licence, so there is no supervisory authority to name, and the service publishes no journalistic or editorial content, so section 18 (2) MStV does not apply either.

02The service operated under this imprint
dev.pipe serves an OpenAI-compatible inference API for coding tools and a customer cockpit for API keys, usage figures and billing. Payments run through Stripe. Verification and sign-in emails are sent over an SMTP server that the operator configures; the code names no mail provider.

03Consumer dispute resolution
AK Digital Ventures GmbH is neither obliged nor willing to take part in dispute resolution proceedings before a consumer arbitration board within the meaning of section 36 VSBG.
The European Commission's online dispute resolution platform has been discontinued, so the reference that Article 14 of Regulation (EU) 524/2013 once required is no longer given here.
